  • The UALG TEC CAMPUS – Business Accelerator of the University of Algarve, located on the Penha Campus, aims to boost and expand the technological ecosystem in the region (Algarve Tech Hub). In an area of approximately 4500m2, the UALG TEC CAMPUS has 21 offices, 20 coworking tables, 5 meeting rooms, 7 meeting booths, and 1 dining room, and currently has about 20 companies from the technological area.

  • The Algarve International Motor Racing Circuit, in the municipality of Portimão, is another of the sports facilities in the Algarve that is worth mentioning. Inaugurated in 2008, it immediately obtained approval from the governing bodies of motor sports (FIM and FIA), as well as recognition from the top teams and marques that come here to take advantage not only of the excellent conditions of the circuit itself but also of the great weather that allows trials and presentations to be held all year round.
